This application offers a tailored solution for the superyacht industry, allowing crew to transition from manual paperwork to an electronic system that facilitates checklist completion, inspections, and procedural documentation. Faults and issues can be directly assigned to responsible departments for prompt resolution, fostering accountability and operational clarity.

Key operational features include the ability to electronically manage daily watch duties, safety equipment inspections, pre-arrival checks for the bridge, pre-departure engineering checks, safety meetings, drill documentation, recording hours of rest, non-conformity reports, crew cabin inspections, owner’s cabin setup, security verifications, risk assessments, position reports, medical documentation, passage planning, declarations of security, and any other vessel-specific checklists.

During initial setup, users input custom checklist content into pre-configured templates. These templates are editable via an intuitive interface to ensure compliance with evolving regulations or owner preferences. Completed checklists are logged with user identification—including name and signature—and subsequently verified by a supervisor before being securely stored as non-editable PDFs. These records are available for official review and audit purposes.

The app offers various templates such as equipment inspection forms, pass/fail checklists, permits to work, machinery logs, bunkering records, reference cards, and weekly or monthly routines—each designed to support thorough vessel management.
